Ophiuchi LLC Privacy Policy

We endeavor not to collect any PII or PHI from anyone, with the following exceptions:

1. Our own telephone numbers and email addresses, potentially including owner and employee personal ones, used for authentication, systems monitoring notifications, or other reasonable purposes.
2. Email addresses and other contact information contained in messages sent to us.
3. Employees and owners may use their own personal contacts in incidental connection with business, but not for outbound marketing, and they are not owned or controlled by the company, but upon request we will make reasonable efforts to relay requests for removal or discontinuation of contact.
4. Logs from our web site that may contain IP addresses and other information provided by a visitor’s browser. These logs automatically delete after 30 days, and are only used for maintenance of the web site. We do not use cookies at this time, and have no current plans to use them.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We adhere to the best of our knowledge to applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to data removal rights upon request.

We do not sell, trade, or provide any PII with other companies or individuals, except by requested referral, i.e. “Please give my name and number to X over at Y and ask them to get in touch.”  We have no marketing partnerships or affiliations, and do not buy or sell or do any business with data brokers, other than requesting removal of our personal data.

We do not send any marketing messages via SMS or electronic mail, other than contained in personal/business correspondence, but if we ever do, they will conform to applicable laws requiring opt-in and discontinuance upon request, within reasonable time, not to exceed the legally mandated period.

We do not perform any outbound telemarketing, specifically consider the practice of it distasteful, and have no plans to involve ourselves in it.

We welcome suggestions on additions/changes to this policy that help it conform to applicable laws and in the spirit of protecting the privacy of individuals.
